Happiness is a Journey
As the Dalai Lama wisely said, "Happiness is not something ready-made. It comes from your own actions."
Nobody is happy all the time, but here's what I know to be true:
Happiness is a journey, not a destination. Created in our hearts, happiness grows through deliberate choices and actions.
A calmer state of being is achievable for us all. With the right tools and mindset, we can learn to quiet our busy minds, inviting a sense of calm and focused action into our days.
The tiring noise in our heads—those inner voices that often bring us down—can be quieted. It’s possible to create space in our minds for what truly matters, allowing us to live more fully in the present.​
Happiness is within each of us, shaped by our actions and mindset every day.
So, let’s spread some happiness and joy. Smile! Find joy in the little things and make happiness a part of your life today—and every day.
